Terms of Service

Who we are

This service (the "Store", "we") is run by Medtive Studio, an individual business based in Indonesia.

Acceptance

By creating an account, buying, or using the Store, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Licence, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Store. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Account

Your account identity is the WhatsApp phone number or the email address you register with. You sign in with that identity, and verification codes are sent to it: a number over WhatsApp, an address over email. You must use a correct, active number or address and keep access to it.

• You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us.
• One account per person. Do not share account access.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, commit fraud, or break the law.

Purchases

• Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and are the amount charged. Prices may change; the binding price is the one at the time your order is created, because we snapshot the price on your order.
• Payment is processed by Midtrans. An order completes only once payment is confirmed, not when the pay button is pressed.
• After payment is confirmed, files are delivered as a download in your account and/or a licence key is shown.

File delivery and download limit

Each purchased item can be downloaded once. Once the download link is created or used, that item's download slot is permanently spent and cannot be reused. Download links are time-limited and expire.

Therefore, download and store your files safely right after purchase, and keep your own backup.

Broken-file guarantee: if the file you received is corrupted, broken, or does not match its description, contact us with your order number. We will restore access by resetting the slot, or refund per the Refund Policy. The once-only limit above does not remove this guarantee.

Licence

Each product states the licence that applies and its text is included with your order. The licence stated on the product governs that product. A summary of the standard licence is on the Licence page. You may not resell or redistribute the source files unless the licence allows it.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. In short: we refund for double charges, for files that cannot be downloaded and we cannot fix, or for files that are broken or not as described and we cannot fix. We generally do not refund a change of mind after the files were delivered.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, others' rights, or intellectual property;
• resell or redistribute source files beyond the licence;
• disrupt the service or try to access services or data that are not yours;
• use the service for spam, fraud, or account abuse.

Intellectual property

All assets, brands, and materials in the Store are protected by copyright. You receive a limited licence under the Licence section, not ownership. No rights are granted beyond what is written.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profit, data, or opportunity.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the last twelve months.
• Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network or power outages, government action, or third-party provider outages.

Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the last change. Material changes will be notified on the site or account. Continuing to use the Store after a change means you accept it. If you disagree, stop using the Store.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Before legal action, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Disputes not resolved amicably go to the competent courts in Indonesia, unless applicable law requires otherwise for consumers.

For consumers in the European Union: mandatory local consumer protections still apply and are not overridden by these Terms.
