Licence

Summary

Every asset is sold under one licence, stated on the product page and included with your order. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence under the product's licence, not ownership of the asset.

Commercial Standard (the default)

You may:

• Use the asset in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Modify, combine, and render the asset for your own work.
• Use it in client work and in products you sell, such as video, games, ads, or print.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the source files themselves.
• Include the source files in a template, asset pack, or library others can extract them from.
• Claim authorship of the original asset.
• Use the asset unlawfully or defamatorily.
• Use the asset to train generative AI models and distribute the output as a substitute for the asset.

Attribution

The standard licence does not require attribution. You are welcome, but not obliged, to credit Medtive Studio.

Team use

A licence covers the buyer. If several people in one organisation use an asset, each person who uses it needs their own licence, unless the product page says otherwise.

Ownership

We or our licensors remain the copyright holder. No rights are granted beyond this licence.

Prohibited use and termination

Breaching the licence may result in revocation and account closure, and may create legal liability.
